HWR-Chemie – nationwide advice and support

HWR-Chemie’s customers are supported by a dense, nationwide network of technically trained customer consultants who support our commercial customers in their needs-based product selection and provide information on the correct use of the product.

We enable our customers to get an immediate impression of the efficiency and safety of a product when advising customers. The field sales representatives from HWR-Chemie will be happy to demonstrate to our commercial customers the cleaning, disinfection and maintenance products that meet their needs. Our sales representatives also instruct a company’s employees in the handling of products. Specialists from our company also support you with special questions.

Our nationwide network of consultants enables comprehensive consulting and support, even for companies with several branches.

All the information required for safe and efficient product use is also included in the written product descriptions, operating instructions and safety data sheets that we always make available to our customers.

Warehousing in line with requirements and optimized logistics

Our well-stocked range of finished goods generally enables products to be called up immediately in the quantities requested by our customers. Our products are available as one-litre bottles, in 10 and 20 litre canisters, in 60, 120 and 210 litre drums and in 1,000 litre containers. Some special products are available as a spray can.

Our corporate customers can either place their orders with one of our sales representatives or by phone, fax, email or post at our company headquarters in Emmering near Munich.

The product is usually shipped within one working day of receiving the order. We make deliveries within a radius of 100 kilometres around Emmering with our own vehicles. Otherwise we commission a shipping company or a parcel service to deliver within 24 hours.
