Areas of application and recommended application concentration:

1:3 to 1:10: For crusts in grills and combi steamers, apply KONVEKTOR-S HWR onto the preheated device at about 90 °C, foam it up, let it sit for about 10 minutes, and then rinse thoroughly with plenty of clear water.

1:10: For grill grates, baking sheets, soak them in a bath with the cleaner depending on the degree of soiling for a few minutes, then rinse thoroughly with plenty of water. Using hot water enhances cleaning efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

1:20: For routine cleaning, apply once a week for lightly soiled surfaces.

Not to be used on aluminum! For cleaning aluminum baking sheets, we recommend using isi-2-clean® BBR (Art.-Nr. 2200).
