Areas of Application and Recommended Dilution

1:33 to 1:200 Depending on the process, CIP-CLEAN S is diluted with water:

Soak Method: 0.5 – 1%, let it act for 2 – 3 days.

Circulation / CIP Method: 1 – 3%, circulate for 30 to 60 minutes through a spray head in low- or high-pressure mode.

Manual Cleaning: Dilutions of 1 – 3% for interior and exterior cleaning of tanks and equipment.

Warm water enhances the cleaning effect. After cleaning, thoroughly rinse with an ample amount of fresh water. The dosage can be adjusted using conductivity.

Not suitable for zinc, tin, cast iron, structural steel, or non-ferrous metals!
